Daniel Gainza took up responsibility as COO for the newly created BU TaaS in 2020, after being Chief Commercial Officer Cyber, then Pirelli’s unit dedicated to the development of connected tyre solutions. Before that, he has been Chief Marketing Officer with Prometeon Tyre Group, formerly Pirelli Industrial. Previously he held different international management positions within the Tire Sector of the Continental Group.
As COO, Gainza helps pioneer the market deployment of concrete customer solutions combining the strength of servitization and digitalization, such as PIRELLI Care, piloted in Italy in 2021 and launched in April 2022.
