5/14/2025 BoD President and Vice-President election

We are glad to inform that effective May 14th 2025 Marco SPINETTO and Jérôme BARRAND were unanimously elected respectively President and Vice-President of the Board of Directors, with the aim to provide continuity to the Board Agenda, fully supported by all the Directors.

The Board of Directors is currently composed of nine (9) Executive and Full Members, appointed by the General Assembly for a term of two years (2), renewable indefinitely.

The Board of Directors is vested with the broadest powers for the realization of the Association's purpose, including the management and governance of the Association. It shall be competent for all matters not expressly reserved to the General Assembly or any other body by law or by the Articles of Association.

Congratulation to Marco and Jérôme, wishing them success in their mandate that will last until GDSO General Assembly in 2027.
