GDSO BOARD OF DIRECTORS NEW APPOINTMENTS

Gianluca Lo Vercio and Andrea Scatamacchia appointed GDSO Directors

The Board of Directors (BoD) is vested with the broadest powers for the realization of the Association's purpose and in April 2024 the BoD presented to the General Assembly the two new Directors appointed to fill the vacant positions through co-option, according to GDSO Articles of Association: Nexen and Prometeon became Directors of GDSO Board effective May 2024 and until the next 2025 GDSO General Assembly meeting.

Nexen is represented by Gianluca Lo Vercio, Prometeon is represented by Andrea Scatamacchia.

Gianluca and Andrea bring additional advisory and strategic points of view to the BoD, further strenghtening GDSO forward looking to chase new opportunities while promoting its standards’ adoption at Global scale.
