ETRTO joined GDSO as Associate

In July 2022, the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation joined GDSO as Associate, therefore willing to actively participate to GDSO standardization activities.
Indeed ETRTO principal objects are:
- align national standards and achieve interchangeability of pneumatic tyres, rims and valves in Europe.
- establish common engineering dimensions, load / pressure characteristics and operational guidelines.
- promote the free exchange of technical information appertaining to pneumatic tyres, rims and valves.
ETRTO is active with national and international organisations and legislative bodies to make appropriate recommendations on technical aspects of tyres, rims and valves as far as fitting and use are concerned.
